We've built two large self-storage facilities in central Pennsylvania with Miller Buildings — a mix of drive-up and climate-controlled units — and both experiences were excellent. As owner-operators, what mattered most to us was having one contract and one point of accountability for design, materials, and erection, and Miller delivered on that. No finger-pointing between a manufacturer and a separate erector.
Their team stayed engaged from initial design through the last day of construction, communication was consistent throughout, and both projects finished on time and on budget — which anyone who's built commercial projects knows is not a given. The building quality speaks for itself. It's a family-run company, and it shows in how they treat customers. We'd build with them again without hesitation and recommend them to anyone developing self-storage or other steel building projects.

Miller Buildings helped us with a small conversion in Shillington, PA. The installation crew did an outstanding job and the quality of the units was great. We're looking forward to working with them again!
