Miller will design your project from the foundation up and erect your buildings under one contract. Miller is your single source. We don't give you a list of erectors and put you in the middle. Supplying the material is the easy part. The headaches are in the erection end of the business.

We Warranty Our "Completed" Product for Five Years Parts and Labor

Since we also erect your project, we stand behind the completed project, not just the building components, with a full five year warranty on the parts and labor. Ask the competition to do this.
In addition, we offer a 20 year manufacturer's warranty on the roof, wall panels and doors.

A Quality Product

Miller will only supply a standing-seam roof. Long ago the self storage industry learned the pitfalls of a screw-down roof...leaks. Some companies still offer you an out-of-date roof system. They can do this, especially if they won't erect their own materials. There is, therefore, no risk on their part concerning a leaky roof since they won't need to stand behind the labor.

In addition, our roof and partitions are made of "Galvalume Plus" (galvalume steel with an acrylic coating), the latest in panel design, designed to provide additional resistance to smudging, staining and corrosion while providing a bright appearance that will weather uniformly.
