Miller
will design your project from the foundation up and erect your buildings under
one contract. Miller is your single source. We don't give you a list of
erectors and put you in the middle. Supplying the material is the easy part.
The headaches are in the erection end of the business.
We Warranty Our
"Completed" Product for Five Years Parts and Labor
Since we also erect your project, we stand behind
the completed project, not just the building components, with a full five year
warranty on the parts and labor. Ask the competition to do this. In
addition, we offer a 25 year manufacturer's warranty on the factory painted siding and roof material. Other watertight warranties are available, just ask.
A Quality Product
Miller will
recommend a standing-seam roof. Long ago the metal building industry learned
the pitfalls of a screw-down roof...leaks. Some companies still offer you an
out-of-date roof system. They can do this, especially if they won't erect their
own materials. There is, therefore, no risk on their part concerning a leaky
roof since they won't need to stand behind the labor.
Our panel and trim base
substrates are made of "Galvalume" or "Galvalume Plus" (galvalume steel with an
acrylic coating), the latest in panel design, designed to provide additional
resistance to smudging, staining and corrosion while providing a bright
appearance ("Plus") that will weather uniformly. Additional finish coats are
available in siliconized polyester or Kynar.
Flexibility in Design to
Meet Your Needs
Our architects and engineers can design what you need
for your project. Sometimes architectural finishes, other than metal panels,
may be preferred for your buildings walls. Choose a stucco finish, masonry or
other design features, whatever you want, including, but not limited to, the
following options:
- Insulated panels, high "R" factors
- Roof pitch up to 6" in 12" with
color roof panels
- Mansards, dormers, parapets
- Mezzanines, floor systems,
balcony's, steel stairs
- A combination of concrete, block
and metal construction
- Any size or configuration, large
clear spans and wide bays
